Database issue due to a unexpected behaviour of Siebel
eService that is ignoring PDQ created to a given BO, performing a full query on the related table.
BO = CUT Account Login
Search = 'Service Request (eService)'.Search = "[Id]= ""<CHANGE_ME>""" and Owner = SADMIN
Replace the id value in the search with one existing in the database.
2. Paste this URL in IE address bar:
Remember to change the server address and password in the URL.
3. Navigate to "My Service Requests".
4. Click in the tab on left to go to home page and then click "Check My Service Requests", this returns back to the previous view.
5. Observe the PDQ in action.
There is no error message: it only affects the database with a full query on a table that has 20 million records and is joined with other tables.
The application was recently updated to 22.214.171.124; however, this issue has existed since version 126.96.36.199.
