SiebelAx_Test_Automation is not starting up when the testing tool is started (Doc ID 1625885.1)

Symptoms

The Siebel Test Automation ActiveX control is not starting for the Test users.

When the users start the testing tool, the Siebel test utility (  SiebelAx_Test_Automation_23030_PATCHSET0103002.exe in this case ) is not starting.

The Windows event log on the client machine is showing this error :


"Unable to start a DCOM Server: {4A73D754-F80E-4AEB-B5E5-18D6AC07DF35}. The error:
"740"
Happened while starting this command:
"C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\SiebelAx_Test_Automation_23030_PATCHSET0103002.exe" -Embedding"
