Drag and Drop Microsoft Outlook Email Messages into Siebel Open UI Does Not Work (Doc ID 1626945.1)

Symptoms

- Users cannot drag and drop (DnD) email and email attachment from Outlook 2010 directly to Siebel Open UI. This issue does not occur with ActiveX (High Interactivity) client.

- Dragging an email to the desktop and then to Siebel works just fine, except when using 8.1.1.11 PS X in IE9, IE11 but it does work in Chrome and Firefox. Desktop is considered as a local file, drag and drop from local file to Siebel is supported.
