How can a user share multiple contacts with Siebel CRM Desktop at once?

When CRM Desktop are implemented for the first time, several users have to convert their Outlook-contacts to Siebel-contacts and then share the contacts with Siebel. In CRM Desktop 3.7.9, this proses is a two-step process:

1. Mark one or more Outlook-contacts and press the "Convert to Siebel"-button in the toolbar to convert the contacts
2. Open each one of the contacts and press the sharebare in the Contact form
This process is time consuming.

The questions:
1. Is it possible to share several contacts to Siebel at the same time? And how?
2. Is it possible to convert from Outlook-contact to Siebel-contact and share the contact with Siebel by just pressing one button in the toolbar? And how?
