Symptoms

A customer upgraded from 8.0.0.x to 8.1.1.10 and got an error 'Login Failed As OLE Automation Is Disabled' when starting their COM application. The following Knowledge document shows a bug in 8.1.1.9 or lator.

After applying the QF in the knowledge document, the error still occures.
