Siebel OpenUI Screen shows 2 busy icons

1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Sales Order Screen
3. Click on Sales Order List view

Actual Result:
2 busy icons are visible

Expected Result:
Only one icon should be visible

This can be reproducible at various places throughout the application, where ever it takes a little longer time to perform the action
