On : 22.214.171.124 SIA  version
Siebel Test Automation was working fine in Siebel 126.96.36.199 Patchset 1.
But as per 188.8.131.52 Patchset 2 or later, the SiebelAx_Test_Automation_xxxx.exe is not being launched.
The SiebelAx_Test_Automation_xxxx.exe should be launched; otherwise the Test Automation does not work.
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patchset 2 later on top of Siebel 184.108.40.206
2. Make sure Test Automation is configured, e.g.:
change param EnableAutomation=True for comp FINSObjMgr_enu
change param AllowAnonUsers=True for comp FINSObjMgr_enu
3. Access the Test Automation URL, e.g.:
4. Open the Windows Task Manager: the SiebelAx_Test_Automation_23030_PATCHSETxxxxx.exe is not listed.
