Symptoms

After upgrading a test environment from Siebel SIA 8.0.0.9 to Siebel SIA 8.1.1.10 Siebel Server and components are starting without errors.   The following problem occurs with the dedicated Web Client : When click on Site - Map > Administration Server Configuration > Component Definitions the following error appears:
