Under Open UI, the default Customer Dashboard values do not display.
1. Launch the Customer Dashboard: Go to Application "View".
2. Select the "Open Customer Dashboard" option from the Menu under View.
Result: An empty Customer Dashboard displays (fields are blank); however, there is a drop down in the "Go To" field.
In previous versions of Siebel, the first row was displayed.
How can we configure the functionality to display a default records, as before?
