EIM - SBL-ADM-60070 - SBL-SVR-01054 - SBL-SRB-00061 - Errors Observed While Running EIM Job (Doc ID 1628337.1)

On : SIA [23030] version, EIM

When attempting to run EIM job from Server Manager(Command Prompt) or from Administration - Server Management > Jobs,
the following error occurs.


The EIM log does not show any entries. Only the below is seen in EIM log:

EIMSysStats    EIMSysStatsSubEvent    0    00000913530709d4:0    2014-02-24 07:33:01    EIM TASK with TaskNum=54525954, Pid=6004, Tid=6096 started by Request Manager

When run from the Server Manager (Command Prompt) the below error is observed:
SBL-ADM-60070: Error reported on server 'SBLDEV' follows:
SBL-SVR-01054: the task exited without sending a response.

SBL-SVR-00102: Internal: No more items/objects found.

When run from the Administration - Server Management > Jobs, the below error is observed:
SBL-SRB-00061: Process EIM on Siebel Server ssia811 terminated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the EIM job from the command prompt


2. Run the EIM job from Administration - Server Management > Jobs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run EIM job
