On : [23021] version, Loyalty

On cancelling redemption member balance is not updating

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Create an accrual - give 50 Member balance =50
2) Create redemption - redeem 50 points. Member balance =0
3) Cancel now the accrual created in step 1 Member balance =-50
4) Cancel the Redemption>Cancellation created in Step 3 Member balance =-50
