In Open UI Recent Records Are Not Displayed Correctly

Multiple bullets for recent record in Siebel Open UI
1. Log into Siebel Sales Application
2. Go to Account -> Account Home Page, Click on any of the recent accounts.
3. Click on Account Name in the link bar or use browser back button to come back to Account Home.
Notice that the recent record list applet is not properly ordered and same record is shown multiple times and with extra bullet points
