In Open UI There is a Delay When Navigating Between Screens and Views

In Open UI there is a delay when navigating between Screens and Views.
1. Open the application in Open UI.
2. Open the "Administration - Products" Screen.
3. Navigate to Opportunities Screen.
Users see delays in the display of the new Screens when trying to navigate between screens\views.
It appears in the UI that the list applet on the view that is being navigated from has been removed. You can also see that the screen tabs for both Screens (i.e., Screen Navigating From and Screen Navigating To) are highlighted at the same time and both look active.
