Symptoms
On : 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030] version,
After upgrading from Siebel 8.1.1.7 to 8.1.1.11 and running IRM and recompiling all the projects into new SRF, When navigate to Activity-->Activity List screen
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"An error has occured executing a Sql statement. Please continue or ask your system administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.(SBL-DBC-00105)",
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to 8.1.1.11 application
2. Navigate to Activity Screen->My Activity
3. Error pops

Due to this issue, users cannot continue using Acitivies
