Object – Component: SP2
Product Scope: Customizable Product

Create an Exclude rule in a Compatibility matrix
Subject – Product Subject – component Product Type Object – Product Object – Component Product Scope
CP1 SP1 Excludes CP1 SP2 Customizable Product


Installed Asset:

1.1 SP1

Sales Order:

Line Number Product

Click Verify on the Quote:

Expected Behavior:

When scope = Customizable Product, compatibility of sub-components should be checked within the root product.
