Open UI: Change Record Functionality Hangs Application (Doc ID 1634060.1)

This is a regression issue on Siebel Quick Fix / QF0102008


When change record is attempted a second time it causes the siebel application to hung.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select a record in All Contacts List Applet.
  2. Invoke the Change Records
  3. Navigate to Contacts All Contacts
  4. rds option from the menu in the same applet.
  5. Click on Field drop down and you see available values.
  6. Click on Cancel button in Change Records Applet
  7. Invoke the Change Records option again.
  8. The change records applet does no longer display any values for "Field" and the application freezes.
