Open UI: PDQ Does Not Execute Again After First Execution

In Open UI, when selecting the same Predefined Query (PDQ) again, the PDQ does not re-execute.
1. Launch the Open UI application.
2. Go to Accounts > Accounts List.
3. Select the PDQ from the Saved Queries.
Result: PDQ executes.
4. Select the same PDQ again.
Result: PDQ does NOT re-execute.
