"BC Read Only Field" And "Field Read Only Field" User Properties Not Working In Quote Business Component (Doc ID 1634462.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Since applying 8.1.1.10 fix pack on top of the existing 8.1.1.8 fix pack it was noticed that the following two user properties no longer work on the Quote BC:
BC Read Only Field
Field Read Only Field

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that these two user properties should work in the same way in 8.1.1.10 as in 8.1.1.8.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Quote BC create a new user property such as:
Name: BC Read Only Field
Value: Status ReadOnly
OR
Name: Field Read Only Field: Name
Value: Status ReadOnly

This should mean that when the Quote Status is set to 'Definite' the record or Quote Name field will be read only respectively.
2. Create two Quotes:
Name: AL Test 1
Status: In Progress

Name: AL Test 2
Status: Definite

3. The 'Definite' Quote should be read only but it isn't.
