If you are getting the following 'conflict' message when applying a 18.104.22.168 Patchset (such as Patchset 5) on top of a previos 22.214.171.124 Patchset (such as Patchset 4 or any higher Patchset on top of a previously installed Patchset release)
To resolve patch conflicts please contact Oracle Support Services.
If you continue, patch(es) [ 811114 ] will be rolled back and the new Patch [ 811115 ] will be installed.
