Symptoms
Statement of Issue:

The ctrl+n shortcut will open up chrome new window rather than creating a new record in an applet for OpenUI applications.
The alternative is to use ctrl+alt+n.
But this hasn't been update on the Applet - Menu - New Record.
It still shows Ctrl+N as the shortcut.
How do we change this?
Environment:
