"Failed to load the JVM Dll" Error after installing Java 7 on Windows (Doc ID 1636467.1)

  Following Error can be observed  Siebel Application calling a Java Business Service (such as "EAI JMS Transport")

      operating on the 64-bit WIndows OS, AFTER migration of Java Run-time (JRE) from version 6 to version 7.


The error occurs, disregarding that path to DLL library of the Java Virtual Machine  to the 32-bit JRE  7 is correct  <JRE_HOME>\jre7\bin\client\jvm.dll  (e.g. the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\client" one)
