Siebel 8.1.x CTI issues on Windows 2008 ,CommSessionMgr component using Cisco driver tasks are increasing and eventually hang (Doc ID 1639105.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.8 SIA [23012] version, CTI

An increase in the number of running tasks for the CSM component was noticed

When attempting to use CTI
the following error occurs intermittently:
