Refresh/Clear Cache Does not happening for Variable Map And Signal in OpenUI
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Revise an Order
2. Got to Administration - Order Management >> Signals
3. Query for ReviseOrder signal.
4. Lock the signal and rename the Signal.Do a clear cache.
5.. now try to revise the same order again, revise order gets created.
