Text cursor not displayed after required field error in IE8 + 8.1.1.7 or later (Doc ID 1640770.1)

Symptoms

1. Login to Siebel application 8.1.1.7 or later

2. Go to [Accounts]->[Accounts List]

3. Click 'New' button on SIS Account Entry Applet.

4. Type Ctrl+S to save the record without fill any field.

5. You will see the following error.

       'Account' is a required field. Please enter a value for the field (SBL-DAT-00498)

6. Click OK to close the error message.

7. Now the cursor is gone.
