Symptoms

Disable Search field property and DisableSearch field user property are not working for certain controls (checkboxes and text controls with dropdown lists).

Steps to replicate
------------------------------

1. In Siebel Tools navigate to standard Quote buscomp and set the following field property of the Account, Active And Status fields:

8. Please Quote List Applet into query mode and select a value form the dropdown list of the Status control.

8.a. Execute Query.

8.b. No popup message is displayed > Query is executed (unexpected behavior)
