TBUI View Gets ENU Symbolic Strings As Display Name Even If Symbolic String in Designated Language Exists (Doc ID 1643587.1)

Symptoms

8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Task Based UI

After activating a task from Siebel Tools a Task View uses ENU Symbolic Strings as display name even though the Symbolic String locale of the designated language is present in the repository.

The symbolic string should be converted to the designated language

This only happens with multiple repositories in the Siebel Database.

It was found that during the Activation process a query is made on S_SYM_STR with no search specification on the Repository Id.
