Using version 188.8.131.52 F9 does not work as it used to do in Siebel Open UI...Changed the email client to "Extenal Email Client" in User Preferences:
1. Press F9 on a contact record.
2. Select Template and click OK.
3. In the outlook window check email and close the window.
4. Cursor comes back to siebel and user gets the server busy error.
The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties.
