Attachments Not Recieved In Emails In Case of Multiple Servers. (Doc ID 1646112.1)

Siebel CRM - Version [IP2013] and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.


The emails are sent succesfully from siebel but attachment associated are not sent with the email.

Customer is using Outbound Communications Manager' BS and method 'SendMessage' to send email and using GetFile for getting the attachment.

Functionality is working fine in test environment where customer have only one siebel server.
