Account Role Previllage Got Changed/impacted After Upgrade To 8.1.1.11

Goal

Qn1:You have upgraded from V8.1.1.7 to V8.1.1.11 in UAT.

Following the upgrade, you are missing many roles in the tables.

You would like to know what roles have been impacted and how to prevent this occurring in the future.
 
Qn2:You would like to know if there is a way to eliminate this particular process. Your DBA indeed suggeting that to apply the changes onto the tables rather than deleting and recreating.

This process have impacted many of EIM jobs and we still have an issue with EIM_CONTACT, the data in this table is being rejected with error code of "Required_cols_missing".
