Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

"Pipe" character in the Trackable URL is not being correctly created:

1) http://xxx.com.br/?s_emcid=outletgol|brasil|todasidades|ambossexos|emailmkt|b2c|botaocompre|20_11_2013
2) https://xxx.com.br/eloyalty_ptb/start.swe?SWECmd=GotoView&s_emcid=outletgol|brasil|todasidades|ambossexos|emailmkt|b2c|botaocompre|20_11_2013&_sn=92i7tuZe3tJKDxxD7M70onnbVDz6tlhaD9fGmyqkLv3RKupWkQ.2knLsxGttvg7muArdkhhUZHI_&SWEView=Login+View&SWEHo=<hostname>&SWETS=1384364722

Siebel is saving these URLs as:

1) http:/xxx.com.br/?s_emcid=outletgol
2) https://xxx.com.br/eloyalty_ptb/start.swe?SWECmd=GotoView&s_emcid=outletgol

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer expects that "|" character in the URL is retained as it is.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Template and add URLs using"|"
2. Save the Template
3. Check Trackable URLs
