ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to source siebenv.sh



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should be possible to source the siebenv.sh and then start the siebel server service.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 Executing siebenv.sh will cause session to hang during executing "regautobackup -off"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, siebel application server can't be started and users can't access the siebel application via thin web client
