Contact synchronization between Siebel and CRM desktop is OOTB functionality, however customer would like create a Contact from Siebel side and they would like this contact to be created on CRM desktop on a specific group. On Microsoft Outlook there could be groups and each group might have some specific groups hierarchy, so Customer would like this contact to be created on a Specific group on CRM desktop whenever this contact is created as a contact record from Siebel side.
