What are S_XMLP_REP_TMPL_*.SAF files in the Siebel File System and how can I associate them with the record. (Doc ID 1663485.1)

Goal

When new report template and xliff file are registered, one record is inserted into S_XMLP_REP_TMPL table. For each record, two SAF files are created and stored in Siebel File System, one for the Siebel Report Template file and another for the XLIFF File. Here is how to identify what report name is associated.
