Calculator popup is not displayed correctly from 2nd time on Activity Template Details view in Open UI (Doc ID 1665488.1)

(1) Login in to Siebel Application in Open UI

(2) Go to [Site Map]->[Administration - Data]->[Activity Templates]->[Activity Template Details] view

(3) Select any record (or create a new record if there is no record) on the FS Template Activity List Applet (lower applet).

(4) Click icon on [Close Estimate] field, then click icon on [Amount] field. You will see Calculator popup.

(5) Click 'Close' to close the calculator popup. Then click icon on [Amount] field to display the calculator popup again. You will see that the calculator applet is no longer displayed correctly.
