Siebel Search 'HTTP Indexing' Does Not Work in Siebel 8.1.1.11 (Doc ID 1666263.1)

Symptoms

Siebel Search with HTTP Indexing approach has been implemented in 8.1.1.11 version. When a search category is indexed, the SES crawler fails with below errors:

Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure Siebel Search with HTTP Indexing approach as per latest Bookshelf Siebel Search 8.1/8.2: integrate Siebel and Oracle Secure Enterprise Search (OSES or SES) 11.1.2.2
2. Index a Search category: navigate to Administration - Search > Search Index Settings > select a search category, i.e.: Employees > click 'Index' button.
3. After a while, the 'Status Code' and 'Status Details' of the search category remain empty.
4. The HTTP 500, EQP-80307 and EQP-80317 are displayed in SES crawler log file.
