While navigating through the application, sometimes a spinning cursor wheel is seen for a considerable time (1 -2 minutes) while the user can continue with the usual work.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into Siebel Application
2. Navigate to Accounts > My Accounts
3. Click New button to create a new account
4. Give some value in the Name field say "ABC"
5. Click in the Parent field in the form applet for the Account Pick Applet to pop-up
6. The wheel keeps spinning for 90 seconds and user can continue working/navigating through the application
7. However if you try the same operation second time, the pick applet shows up immediately.
