Error When Creating Loyalty Member Record (Doc ID 1666673.1)

On : SIA [23030] version, Loyalty

When attempting to register a Loyalty Member,
the following error occurs.

[1] Error running sub-process 'LOY Action Based Bonus Subprocess' at step 'LOY Action Based Bonus Subprocess'.(SBL-BPR-00183)
[2] Error updating business component at step 'Create ABB Transaction'.(SBL-BPR-00187)
[3] This error is returned when the workflow/task is executing the Siebel Operation business service.(SBL-BPR-00100)
[4] 'Product Id' is a required field. Please enter a value for the field.(SBL-DAT-00498)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Loyalty Application
2. Navigate to Loyalty Member and provide all required field
3. Step off or try to save the record
