Siebel Mobile Disconnected: Questions regarding Database Extract (DbXtract) for Disconnected clients

Siebel Mobile Disconnected (Service) client - on version: 18.104.22.168 SIA 
While setting up the Mobile user only the Siebel Field Service Mobile views were assigned as per Siebel Bookshelf - Mobile: Disconnected Guide - 'Configuring the Remote Node for Siebel Mobile Application Users':
Mobile Client Type= Siebel Mobile
Mobile Application= Siebel Mobile Field Service
Routing Module=MOBILE CLIENT - STANDARD
However, the Database Extract (DbXtract) job took very long time for such user.
Q1: Why DbXtract is taking so long time? Expectation was that DbXtract for Mobile Disconnected is completely different from Remote users' case and less time consuming.
Q2: What are the files and folders generated when you extract Siebel mobile users for Disconnected application?
Q3: When will the files and folders get used for mobile users for disconnected app?
Q4: Is dobjinst.dbf created in User's docking directory expected for Mobile Disconnected users? What is its relevance and when is it used?
