Open UI: Unable To View Smart Script Page Flow Chart Admin Applet - In Smartscript Designer View (Doc ID 1667506.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030] version, PATCHSET0103002: 8.1.1.11.2, IP2013 Patchset 2

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Open UI, 'Script Flow Chart' is shown as a blank screen in Administration - SmartScript > Scripts > Designer,
and a blank screen in Administration - SmartScript > Pages > Designer.
It is also blank in Administration - Business Process > Workflow Processes > Process Designer.
This is regardless of the browser being used, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer - both show blank.

Using HI works correctly for all the designers above, it shows loading Java first followed by displaying the objects. The browser used is IE.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In Open UI, 'Script Flow Chart' should display correctly in
. Administration - SmartScript > Scripts > Designer,
. Administration - SmartScript > Pages > Designer, and
. Administration - Business Process > Workflow Processes > Process Designer,
regardless of the browser being used, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft IE - both should work correctly.


STEPS


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enable Open UI for the Application Object Manager. Set the Parameter EnableOpenUI = TRUE on the Application Object Manager and restart the Application Object Manager to take effect of the change.
2. Log into application as SADMIN using an Open UI Application Object Manager's URL.
3. Navigate to Administration - SmartScript > Scripts > Designer, the 'Script Flow Chart' is completely blank.
4. Navigate to Administration - SmartScript > Pages > Designer, it is completely blank.
5. Navigate to Administration - Business Process > Workflow Processes > Process Designer, it is completely blank.
