OPEN UI: HTML Type Hidden does not hide MVG/Pick applet icons (Doc ID 1669375.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Controls that are configured to be hidden on a form applet still have MVG/Popup icons visible in Open UI.

Correct behavior is seen with HI mode.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Controls configured to be hidden should be not visible when running the application in HI and Open UI modes.

This includes any icons that display popup applets.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to view containing configured applet.
