When running Siebel Fixpack 184.108.40.206 in High Interactivity mode, the browser can hang when downloading gif files from the web server.
This will happen when the following criteria are met:
a) IE browser is configured to use a proxy server in order to connect to the Siebel web server
b) there is a firewall sitting between the proxy server and the web server
c) the firewall does only allow traffic from the proxy server to the web server and blocks traffic from the clients actual ip address
