Sending mails from Javamail via Java Business Service called from Siebel client fails (Doc ID 1669656.1)

 A jar file was implemented to send a mail using Javamail. A custom button was placed on Siebel Web Client and it calls Java Business Service to call the jar file. When the jar file is called from a java application, it works fine with any problem. But if it's called from the custom button, it files with error as follow.


Could not Connect host, port: xxxx, xxx timeout: xxxxx
