Open UI: Default Applet Focus Attribute and User Property of a View is Inconsistent (Doc ID 1670062.1)

1) In Contact Detail View or Contact List View set the Default Applet Focus attribute, and the DefaultAppletFocus user property as listed in the following table.
2) Compile View changes.
3) Start Thick Client.
4) Change size of Siebel Window so that it is small enough so that both the applets in this view cannot be seen at the same time.
5) Navigate to Contact List View, and noted which of the two applets had the focus.
6) Drilled down on a contact last name and noted which of the Applets had focus
7) Repeated above process for each of the Attr/User Prop combinations
