Symptoms

SIEBEL VERSION:
Siebel version : 8.1.1.11
Database version : Oracle 11.2.0.3
OS version : Linux RHE6

ISSUE STATEMENT:
Customer has an Inbound Web Service which results in an Upsert call to the EAI Siebel Adapter.

The structure of the Integration Object is as follows :-

Contact
--CUT Address (Association=Y)

The Upsert fails with below error :-

(buscomp.cpp (10535)) SBL-DAT-00276: No association list is available in this applet.
ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000034f535f47d2:0 2014-04-29 15:01:24 (adptutils.cpp (7130)) SBL-EAI-04376: Method 'GetAssocList' of business component 'CUT Address' (integration component 'CUT Address') returned the following error:
