Integration Object - Not Able To Update Adress On The Contact.

We are using Integration Object and is updating Contact_Personal Address records.

1)Assuming the original Siebel key of "Address Name" using [Street Address], [City] and [State]. If the external system has an update to one of these fields, how will Siebel find the correct record?

2) Is the only way that the external system will be able to find the correct record is that it send over the original values in addition to the changes?
