Symptoms

SWSE configuration hangs in very final step

Steps followed
---------------------------
1. created the SWSE logical profile
2. created the lbconfig.txt
3. copied the files to the D:\webserver folder
4. when configuring the swse to apply the logical profile, the configuration hangs
