Where is the 7.7 Attribute Display Name in a Product Class in 8.1?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In version 7.7, the Product Class definition is defined in: Administration - Application > Class Administration.
You can add an attribute to a product class in the 'Dynamic Attribute' subtab in the product class view. For the attribute, you can specify a 'Name' for the attribute as well as the 'Display Name'. When adding a product to an order, the 'Display Name' is the value shown in the UI.
For instance, in the screenshot we see the name as 'CCA Custom' and the display name as "If Custom is selected, enter a description". When adding the product that uses this product class to an Order, the latter is displayed in the UI.
In versions 7.8 and later, the product class definition is defined in: Administration - Product > Product Classes
There have been major enhancement in these versions and utilizes workspace versions that did not exist in previous versions. For these versions, you would create an attribute definition first and then associate these to a product class inside the workspace. There is no separate field to specify a 'Display Name' of the attribute you associated to the class. Instead, normally you would see the value in the 'Name' field displayed in the UI when adding a product to an Order.
However, if you are upgrading from 7.7 to 7.8 (or later), the 'Display Name' is retained. For instance, in the 8.1 screenshot you see 'CCA Custom' as the value for the field 'Name' but there is no 'Display Name'. When you add the product to an order, it is showing the attribute as "If Custom is selected, enter a description" in the UI, which is the display name from 7.7. In the class definition, there is no way to update the display name as there is no field exposed and the business component for the attribute inside the product class is a VBC. On checking the VBC, no field exist either.
Where exactly is the display name stored in Siebel 7.8 and later?
