Getting Java Errors When Trying To Add Languages To Server Installation (Doc ID 1674515.1)

On SIA [23030] version, when attempting to add language in two of the environments,Web Servers and Enterprise Servers
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will at customer side with the following steps:
1. installed on top of
2. edited the response files for adding langs
3. run the command setup.bat and it fails, example of the command used:

setup.bat -silent -responsefile C:\811x_ses_addlang_win.rsp
