Unable To Add Order Items After Upgrade To 126.96.36.199

When using the popup applet "Product Popup Applet" by using the Add Items option to add products to an order, they are not being created when the Ok button is clicked. No errors are displayed, the applet is just closed. This was occurring in a custom environment where the Add Items was only method of adding records.
