Horizontal Scroll bar partially hidden in Open UI  


Customer was using Siebel 8.1.1.11 FINS SIA with PS4.  both Open UI and HI enabled.
In Open UI the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the screen is partially hidden.
Also the applet size for Responses and Bank Accounts in Client Screen and Retirement Plans and Responses in Prospect screen are are extended causing the user to scroll right of the page to view the details.

However, the same horizontal scroll bar and the applet sizes are perfect in HI applications.

They are using IE9 for Open UI. and cannot use any other browsers ( cannot test it in Chrome or Firefox).



Horizontal Scroll bar should not be partially hidden in Open UI , and user should not need to scroll to the right to see the details of the applets on the right side.


STEPS
1. Log in to Siebel 8.1.1.11 FINS
2. Clients > Summary view
3. Note Horizontal Scroll bar is partially hidden in Open UI , and user need to scroll to the right to see the details of the applets on the right side.
